"Not gonna lie, I was happy with..."
Not gonna lie, I was happy with the lanyards I ordered from IDville. The material feels sturdy and not cheap or too thin, and the printing came out nice and clear. One of the clips was a little stiff, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order them again.

"Really happy with this printer so far"
We got our ID card printer from IDViLLE, and it’s just been a really good experience so far. The cards come out looking clean, the colors feel right, and there’s none of that annoying streaky or faded stuff we were dealing with before.
Setup was painless too, which I appreciated a lot. We use it a few times a week for badges and it just does what it’s supposed to do. I don’t know, it’s one of those things that just feels like we made the right choice

"Quick help, surprisingly no hassle"
I had a quick question and expected some runaround, because that’s usually how these things go. But their team got back to me the same day and made it really easy. I was a little suspicious at first that there’d be a catch, but nope, just straightforward help when I needed it.

Approval was fine. No big issues there. But the proofs took longer than I expected. Kind of slow overall.

"Something felt off with the badge designer"
I tried using the badge designer and got frustrated fast. It kept lagging, and things would randomly shift around like I’d done something wrong when I hadn’t. The undo button only worked sometimes, which made me wonder if the tool was even saving my changes properly. Saving the design was confusing too, and after about 20 minutes I just gave up.

"Decent prices, but shipping adds up"
I ordered a few badges and the prices seemed fair at first (not super cheap, but reasonable). Once shipping was added, though, the total felt a bit less like a deal. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the full cost was a little clearer before getting to checkout.

"Customer service made the process easy"
I had a question about ordering ID badges because I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right options. I had a gut feeling I should double-check before placing the order, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow.
They were also really patient when I needed to change one small detail. It all got sorted without any hassle, and my order went through just fine. i really appreciated having someone helpful on the other end.

"Badges turned out super clean"
I don’t remember every little detail from ordering, but I do remember being worried the print might come out blurry. Luckily, the badges showed up looking really sharp. The text was crisp, the colors looked right, and nothing was fuzzy at all. I’m happy with how they turned out

"Returns were more of a hassle than I expected"
I ordered some badge holders from idville.com, but once they arrived, they just weren’t quite what we needed. The product itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but I figured returning them would be straightforward 😕

The return process ended up feeling slower and less clear than I expected. I had to go back and forth over email just to get basic info, and it took longer than it should have. The exchange options also felt a bit limited, which was frustrating.

Overall, I’d maybe order from them again if I was completely sure about what I needed. But if there’s any chance I might have to return something, I’d probably think twice.

"The lack of updates made me uneasy"
The order itself turned out okay, but the communication really wasn’t great. I kept having to check on things myself, and when I did reach out, the replies felt slow. It kind of made me lose a bit of trust because I never really knew where things stood. a few clearer status emails would’ve made the whole experience a lot less frustrating

"Order came exactly how I asked"
I ordered a batch of ID badges from idville.com, and I swear I was bracing myself for chaos because there were names, photos, colors, quantities, all the tiny details that usually make something go wrong.
But somehow, every single badge came exactly how I asked. Like, not one name off, not one weird photo issue, not one color mix-up. I may have dramatically checked them twice because I was convinced there had to be at least one mistake, but nope.

They were packed nicely too, which felt like the final victory lap. I’m weirdly thrilled about an ID badge order, but here we are. I’d definitely order from them again.

The software is okay overall, and to be fair, maybe part of it was on me for not taking more time to learn it upfront. Once I figured out where everything was, it worked fine. But some of the buttons and settings weren’t as obvious as I thought they should be, so I did get a little frustrated. It’s not bad software, I just expected it to be more straightforward. It gets the job done, though

I had a little trouble getting everything installed at first, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me, and they helped me get it working, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same issue twice. It wasn’t terrible, just kinda slow. Once everything was finally set up, though, it worked fine.

"Badges showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered some ID badges on Monday and, somehow, they were already at my door by the end of the week. Not gonna lie, I fully expected to be waiting around and checking tracking like a maniac because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, they arrived quickly, everything was packed properly, and I was able to hand them out right away. it was kind of a relief for once.

"Good selection, just caught me at a bad time"
I found way more ID badge options than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to find what we needed without digging around too much. The only thing is I was ordering last minute, so any stress was really more on my bad timing than the site.

"Logo turned out good"
I uploaded our logo and their artwork team adjusted the sizing for us, didn’t take a bunch of back and forth, which I appreciated. The colors were close to what we sent over too. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall, I’m happy with how it came out
